Stakeholder engagement is a process lead by Sarimay Solar Project to involve, communicate with, and seek inputs from the different parties that can be directly or indirectly affected by the Project.

This process is essential to build constructive and responsive relationships between the parties and to align the Project objectives with stakeholders’ expectations.

Stakeholder engagement process go through different steps:

• Information Disclosure
• Stakeholders’ Consultation
• Grievance Mechanism deployment
• Reporting to Stakeholders
